Wish i had never wasted money on this run-of-the-mill, uninspired FPS/RPG crossover with no soul.
I played for all of 5 hours before i was thoroughly bored

I don't know, I enjoyed the game. I just got fed up with how slow and boring leveling was.
It's sad to see it go down, though. There goes another sci-fi MMO...
Bah, I really wish I could find a good MMO to play. I'm going crazy without one...

Too bad it's not going to be out for at least another two or three years. Last I heard about a rumored release was 2012.

I hope i'm wrong but from what i've read so far it's going to feature
-level based progression -cartoony graphics -no persistent housing -no aerial combat
Tis a shame, for a "next gen" MMO i think they should aim a bit higher......

As far as I know they're still debating on the graphics style, but it's nothing extremely cartoony. I think they're sticking with what the characters look like in the screen shots.
Housing... I haven't heard, but it wouldn't surprise me. It's extremely rare for MMOs to have housing anymore, unfortunately. I must admit, that's the one thing SWG did right... their housing system is amazing. POBs are pretty dang impressive too.
And as for the aerial combat... I could see problems with that due to lag and such, but I could've sworn I read somewhere that there will be space combat... But maybe I'm wrong.

Lightsabers look REALLY big in the screenshots...
We're actually still tweaking that. That said, we do want the weapons to feel just a little bit oversized. We're always trying to think about that "show off" factor. We definitely don't want to make them too small and miss out on that show-off factor.
For those that are concerned about the screenshots, I think the lightsabers look bigger in those pictures than they actually are. But without a doubt we want to have that "oversized" weapon feel in the game for the guns and the lightsabers both. By making the weapons a little bit oversized, it makes you feel cool to have that giant gun in your hands. Someone please take this man outside and shoot him.

It was later stated on the forums that they're decreasing the size of the lightsabers to make them more proportional to the avatar's body, A Dev said that, actually. So either Jeff's interview was posted before this announcement was made, or he has no clue as to what's going on.

Well OK i will reserve judgement, as long as they don't let a man who thinks games are about "showing off" and "looking cool" have too much do do with it!
