I got booted on Sunday as i usually do 3 - 4 times while im playing except this time when i tried to relog it suddenly said i didn't have a subscription? I checked my payment history and sure enough i had paid on the 23.05.08 for another 3 months!! I thought i would try and resubscribe but no it wont let me. I have sent them an email, have i had a reply - Have i F**k I have tried ringing them but its a 1 - 858 number and i cant get through. I have now been sitting in an online chat support sytem for 1/2 hour and i am still 22nd in the queue and when i started i was 23rd in the queue. If i gave customer service like this i wouldn't be in a job!!! Might see you all online by Friday

Bad luck matey.
Can't say i'm surprised. There have been a lot of outages and problems, and SOE isn't renowned for great customer service....

Update
Well im finally back on - how - God knows
After no replies to my emails and leaving me on hold on their 'live' chat for 3 hours (where i finnally gave up) and then leaving me on hold for 30 minutes on the phone ( to the US! where i gave up again) I tried to connect today and hey presto back in.
No explanation No apologies Nothing
Any problems contact their support / customer services yea right!

That happened to me once before where one of my Star Wars Galaxies accounts got canceled. Took me awhile, but I finally got ahold of someone and got it fixed. Now that I think about it, SOE might have been doing me a favor by canceling my account... >>;;
